Tenant Satisfaction Survey

Calgary Housing Company wants to provide the best service possible to tenants. To help achieve this goal, Calgary Housing Company has commissioned Leger Research, an independent consulting firm, to conduct a Tenant Satisfaction Survey.

Between September 26th and October 20th, a representative from Leger will phone a random selection of 500 tenants. We will be asking about your level of satisfaction, needs, expectations in relation to your home, and your quality of life. If you have call display on your phone, the call display will read CHC SURVEY. The number in the call display will be 587-316-6177.

When the Leger representative calls, you will be asked if you want to participate.  Your participation is voluntary. The interview could take up to 20 minutes to complete. If it is not a convenient time, the representative will arrange a convenient time to call you back. You will also be given the opportunity to complete the survey online if you prefer this to telephone.
