IMPORTANT

Only the East District Office is open at this time – appointments are strongly recommended.

 

As a result of changes to Marlborough Mall’s operating hours, visitors arriving before 10:00am are advised to use Entrance 5 on the East side of the mall to access Calgary Housing Company’s East District Office.  Upon entering the mall, turn right and use the elevators down the hall to access the third floor. The CHC office will be on the right as you exit the elevator.

Some basic maintenance of the housing unit is the Tenant’s responsibility.

Maintenance Emergencies
Immediately contact the Maintenance Department in case of a maintenance emergency.

  • Sewer back-up
  • No hot water
  • No heat
  • Frozen water line
