Notice to Vacate

If you are moving out of Calgary Housing, you will need to provide your notice in writing. This notice should be a 1 month calendar notice. Form can be completed and submitted to your Property Manager to schedule your move out inspection.

Note: A 30 day notice is only applicable for certain programs. Please contact your Property Manager to discuss your options.

Parking Space Application

If you are looking for parking, complete the Parking Application form and submit it to your Property Manager. Once a spot is available, the form will be updated and sent to you for your record. A parking fee may be applicable.

Pet Registration and Regulations form

Residents who are requesting approval for a pet, must complete and submit the Pet Application & Agreement form along with a current Tenant Insurance Policy  to their Property Manager for review and approval.

Notification will be provided within 10 business days. Residents are not permitted to house a pet until their application has been considered and approval confirmed. CHC may permit one pet per unit/household

Consent to Release Information form

A Consent to Release Information form is to be completed if you would like CHC to speak to anyone, an agency or a Government body on your behalf regarding your housing, benefits and tenancy.

Self Employed Business Income and Expenses

If you are currently self-employed driving a taxi cab or uber or any other kind of self-employment including home based business for less than a year period, you are required to complete the Self Employed Business Income and Expenses form for the past 3 month period and submit proof of the claimed income and expenses.

Annual Recertification (Rent Review)

Has your income changed? Have there been any changes to the household?

Complete the Recertification form and submit to your Housing Administrator along with proof of income changes/household to qualify for an adjustment to your income.
