Appointment Booking for Applicants

Booking an Appointment with a Calgary Housing Representative

We recommend you book an appointment as we will be better able to serve you.  If you arrive without an appointment, we may not be able to assist you.

Appointments may be scheduled to be held in person at the Calgary Housing office or video chat appointments using Microsoft Teams software.

Please book your initial appointment online using the button below and choose the meeting format that works best for you.

Why You Should Book An Appointment

Calgary Housing is providing our customers a new way to connect with us. This process allows you to schedule an appointment to discuss concerns in a private and personal way with a Calgary Housing representative.

Benefits of booking an appointment:

  • Convenience: Set a convenient time for your meeting.

  • Preparation: Allows us to prepare properly to address your needs.
  • Streamlined Scheduling: Ensures a smoother experience.

For Video Call Appointments:

  • When booking, please indicate if you require a translator and specify the language so arrangements can be made in advance.
  • Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a message via email, confirming your preferred meeting format. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see the confirmation email.
  • Join the call to have your questions answered.
  • To join the video call, please make sure to join the meeting at the scheduled time.
  • A Calgary Housing Representative will join you at the scheduled time.
  • If you do not join at the scheduled time, we will attempt to contact you via video or phone. If you are unreachable, there is a 5-minute grace period before the appointment is canceled.
