CHC owns and manages a range of assets, including more than 7,000 residential rental units. This includes a mix of large residential complexes, apartments, townhomes, and single family dwellings throughout our portfolios.

We manage housing owned by CHC as well as on behalf of the Province of Alberta and The City of Calgary. As of 2017, the average CHC-managed unit is in excess of 35 years old, emphasizing the need for robust asset management.
