Possible Mail Delivery Disruption
In preparation for a possible disruption to Canada Post mail delivery service, Calgary Housing Company is recommending tenants, contractors, and those responding to bid opportunities be prepared.
Tenants are reminded they are responsible for ensuring rent payments are received on time. If a tenant normally mails rent payments, rent cheques can be dropped off at any CHC District Office. Tenants can also set up electronic payments. For more information on this process, tenants should contact their Account Administrator or CHC’s main customer service line at (587) 390-1200.
Vendors who normally receive payment by mail are advised to contact Accounts Payable at (587) 390-1306.
Vendors mailing procurement information should contact the procurement department at (587) 390-1357.
