Calgary Housing Company Tenant Onboarding Survey

Calgary Housing Company (CHC) is working on the development of a new tenant onboarding program. The purpose of this program is to ensure tenants become aware of CHC policies, tenant and landlord responsibilities, and community resources and supports.

Our goal is to create positive experience when moving into CHC and ensure all tenants have access to the information and resources they need to answer questions about their tenancy.

The survey can be completed by all tenants and aims to gather feedback about your onboarding experience, while allowing you to suggest areas for improvement. Your responses are extremely valuable to this process and will remain anonymous; they will be used to better inform new onboarding documents for CHC tenants (for example a Tenant Handbook with information about the different roles at CHC; information about CHC policies, etc.).
