Our Front Counter Offices Remain Closed

We are working on plans to support the eventual re-opening of our front counters, but for the time being, CHC offices remain closed to the public.

If you have received a rent review or other documents that you need to submit to us, you can send them to the email address or mailing address provided with the forms or email them to chccustomerservice@calgary.ca. See below for tips on scanning documents with your smartphone.

If you cannot email or mail your documents, you may deposit them at our South District Office using the drop box.


Many smartphones and tablets can actually capture high-quality scans of paper documents with their built-in cameras, which makes the process faster and more convenient than a traditional scanner.
