How to view Account Information

There are four separate areas within the Resident Portal that allows you to view specific account information

1. Log into the Resident Portal by entering the Email and Password you registered with and click on the ‘person icon‘.

This page provides the information a tenant has on file with CHC such as Email, phone numbers, or vehicles registered for parking.  Any changes made on this page will send a notification to the Property Manager and the Account Administrator

2. Click on the ‘pencil icon‘ to view any documents that CHC is seeking from the tenant or any documents that require a signature.

3. To access payments and charges made click on the ‘Resident Ledger‘ menu

4. Actions that are required by the tenant on an annual basis can be viewed by clicking on the ‘Annual Recertification‘ menu
