Uploading Documents

There are three separate areas within the Applicant Portal that allow you to upload your supporting documents

  1. The Account Information page prior to entering the application. Click on the green UPLOAD DOCUMENTS button
  2. Each page of the application has a green UPLOAD DOCUMENTS button
  3. The Documents link located on the menu on the left side of the application page

If supporting documents are required, they will be listed under the Document column.

Follow these instructions for each document

  • Scan and save the required documents onto your device
    • You can also take pictures of your documents
  • Click the green UPLOAD button in the Upload column
  • Click on the Choose Files button (PDF, JPEG, Word, etc.)
    • A window with your personal files will open
  • Select the required file
  • Click on the Upload button

A notification will appear when your file is loaded successfully

This portal only works on Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.

Do NOT use Internet Explorer – some functions will not work properly.

Have Your Voice Heard

You can participate by:

  • Completing the survey that will be distributed in early 2024
  • Volunteer to join a focus group (this will be available through the survey)
